Season is a marketing app for Agri input merchants which helps merchants build farmer's directory, send free marketing messages about products, weather, crop advisory etc. which helps them to grow their business by 50%. It brings trust in the agricultural value chain by creating a transparent relationship between distributors, retailers and farmers. 1. Farmer Acquisition with SMS Marketing: Agri merchants are provided 2500 messages completely free of cost which they can use to inform farmers about their shop, inventory, weather, crop etc. For all these messages Season provides a pre-filled template which they can use to build trust among the farmer community thereby growing their business. Merchants can also create invoices of their registered customers as well as can send credit reminders individually.

2. Weather forecast for farmers: Season has the best weather widget which provides 5 days weather forecast in advance. Retailers/Merchants can access weather forecasts based on their location to help farmers make smart agriculture choices. Weather updates include rainfall, temperature & humidity. 5. Farmer Record (Khata) Book: Using this, Agri merchants and retailers can replace their traditional bahi khata with a new digital ledger. Agri input merchants can use this to maintain their customer’s records. They can use this to keep record of credit (Jama) and debit (Udhaar) transactions for their trusted customers. Merchants can send payment reminders for beej (Seeds), khad (Fertilizers/Agro-chemicals), pesticide etc. purchases. The merchant can simply add the farmers on his bahi khata and the farmer’s record is maintained
